What safety precautions are you taking with respect to Covid-19?

 

Our priority is your health and safety.  We follow local and state ordinances and advice regarding face masks and additional precautions.  If joining other guests not in your immediate household, we ask that each party maintain a distance of six feet or more from each other and from the guide.  To assist with appropriate spacing, without compromising the quality of the experience, our group size is restricted.

How big are your group walks?

 

Our group walks are limited to eight people or less, so as to allow for social distancing and a conversational, seminar-like atmosphere.  Should your party be more than eight, or you prefer a more intimate experience, private tours are available upon request.

What happens if it’s raining on my tour day?

 

Tours will proceed as scheduled and umbrellas will be provided.  An amended itinerary may be taken, as the participants wish.

Where will I meet my guide?

 

All tours on Saturdays at 11am meet at the iconic fountain in Forsyth Park.  Parking is available from on surrounding side streets.  Guests will receive a confirmation email and text from your guide 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour.

What is the cancellation process for tours?

 

Tours can be cancelled and receive a full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled tour.  Tours cancelled within the 24-hour threshold are considered no-shows and are not refundable.
